|Mary married Henry (Harry) Bauer (1862 - ) in 1883. They lived inButler twp until 1911, probably in Mary's Dambacher grandparents' home.Later he operated the Bauer and Hein Co., a machine shop. Their childrenwere; Annie Bauer (1886 - ), m. Charles Synder, a dairy farmer inButler twp. in 1920; Caroline Bauer (1888 - ), m. Harold L.Thompson, an insurance agent; Ella D. Bauer (1891 - ); Harry Bauer(1894 - ), m. Lillian _______ and was a machinist in his father'sshop and then a PO carrier; and Katherine Bauer, who married Chester N.Sutton, an electrician.|
MILLER Adam J.
|Adam stayed with his mother after his father's death, presumably workingthe farm until its sale in 1907; and he acted as guardian for hisyoungest sister, Tillie, until she reached her maturity. Finally at theage of 47 in 1909, Adam married Hattie M. Sarver (1872- ). Hattiecame with older unmarried sisters (Ida and Vina) and at the time of the1910 census, the four were sharing a house (317 W. Penn St.) One wonderswhether this was a surprize to Adam? They had one child: Norman A.Miller (1911-1993) who married Emma V. Morgan.|
MILLER Anna Barbara
|Anna married Edward M. Dietz (1874 - 1965) in 1894. They resided inZelienople in the early years of their marriage, where Ed's occupationwas a glassblower. They moved to Butler and Ed became a landscapegardner. Their children were Mildred, (1896 - ), m. Charles E.Watson; Ella, (1898 - 1973), m. Reynold K. Lowman; Florence (1907 -1962), m. Leland F. Iman, an insurance agent; and Edward M. Dietz (1900 -1995), m. Nora Ellen O'Neal. The younger Eddie ran a carnival operation- Eddie's Exposition Shows.|
